Our Wallet Warranty Policy*

Coverage:

Our wallets are backed by a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, starting from the date of purchase.

What’s Covered:

• Stitching coming undone
• Broken zippers or closures
• Defective card slots or compartments
• Issues with hardware (snaps, buckles, etc.)

What’s Not Covered:

• Normal wear and tear scratches, scuffs, fading)
• Accidental damage (e.g., water damage, drops, misuse)
• Theft or loss
• Alterations or repairs made by unauthorized persons

Claim Process:

1. Provide proof of purchase (receipt or order number).
2. Submit photos showing the defect.
3. Our team will review the claim within 5 business days.
4. If approved, we will repair, replace, or offer store credit for the product.

Additional Terms:

• Warranty is valid only for the original purchaser.
• Replacement items do not renew or extend the original warranty
